SERVPRO was fantastic and answered all my questions with great detail. Their team made me feel comfortable when all of my belonging were damaged by smoke. When things were taken out they updated me on where they were at in the cleaning process. Very personable, quick turn around, and overall great experience.

I worked with Trevor and he was phenomenal at assisting me in getting my needs met. He was professional and stayed in contact throughout the process with myself and the insurance adjustors. Trevor made this unfortunate experience a lot easier to deal with and I trusted that he was giving me the most accurate information, and really wanted me to have the best outcome possible.

We had a house fire this past winter. The smoke odor was so strong that we were skeptical that it could be cleaned; however, SERVPRO of Elk River, Becker and Big Lake cleaned it and removed all of the smoke odor. SERVPRO of Elk River, Becker and Big Lake came out to our fire.  Although it was a small fire, it was a huge deal to us. SERVPRO of Elk River, Becker and Big Lake walked us through each step of the way. I would recommend them to family and friends. 

We got a lot of smoke in our house due to an “oops” on my part with our wood burning fireplace. John came over the next day and put air scrubbers in our house for 4 days. It did the trick! Smells like a new house again!!! I would highly recommend SERVPRO.
